摘要
制作肝硬化模型以小动物如鼠、兔等为主,用于筛选抗肝硬化药物研究、观察外科手术治疗的效果。肝硬化实验动物模型的建立是肝硬化、肝癌研究的理论基础,应根据不同研究目的选用恰当的动物模型。理想的肝硬化动物模型应具有人类肝硬化的形态特征、高重复性和低病死率。为此,寻找理想的肝硬化动物模型的建立方法,是研究者的努力方向。
Making more use of small animal model of cirrhosis,such as mice,rabbits,etc.mainly for screening of anti-cirrhosis drug research to observe the effect of surgical treatment.The establishment of experimental animal model of cirrhosis is the liver cirrhosis,liver cancer study of the theoretical basis for research purposes should be based on different selection of an appropriate animal model.An ideal animal model of liver cirrhosis should have the morphological characteristics of human liver cirrhosis,high repeatability and low mortality.To find an ideal animal model of cirrhosis liver method is the direction of the efforts of researchers.
