摘要
本实验采用聚乙二醇400作为催化剂,研究了1,3-二(对腈基苯氧基)丙烷的合成工艺条件。通过实验考察了对腈基苯酚与1,3-二溴丙烷的物质量比、时间、温度、催化剂用量等因素对产率的影响。得到了适宜的工艺条件为:对腈基苯酚与1,3-二溴丙烷物质的量之比为2.3:1.0,醚化反应温度为60℃,反应时间为6h,催化剂用量10ml,其最大产率达到72%。
1,3-bis (4-nitrilemethoxyphenoxy)propane was synthesized by using PEG 400 as catalyst. Influential factors,such as the mole ratio of 4-hydroxybenzonitrile and 1,3-dibromopropane, time, temperature, dosage of PEG 400 were investigated, and the appropriate reaction conditions were given:the mole ratio of 4-hydroxybenzonitrile and 1,3-dibromopropane was 2.3:1.0, reaction temperature was 60℃, reaction time was 6h, dosage of PEG 400 was 10ml, the yield of 1,3-bis (4- nitrilemethoxyphenoxy)propane can reach 72% .
