摘要
【目的】寻找更高活性的芳香二脒类抑菌化合物。【方法】以对氰基苯酚、1,3-二溴丙烷和1,4-二溴丁烷为原料,合成了A3、B3、B4、C3、C4、D3、D4和E38个丙烷脒衍生物,用1H—NMR和MS鉴定了其结构,用生长速率法和黄瓜真叶法测定了其活性,并与丙烷脒进行了比较。【结果】生长速率法测试表明,8种丙烷脒衍生物对番茄灰霉病菌(Botrytiscinerea)菌丝生长均具有较强的抑制作用,其中N,N-二正丙基丙烷脒(B3)、N,N-二正丙基丁烷脒(B4)、N,N-二异丙基丙烷脒(C3)、N,N-二异丁基丁烷脒(D3)对番茄灰霉病菌生长抑制的毒力均高于丙烷脒,其EC50为0.3043~3.4730mg/L;黄瓜真叶法测定表明,50mg/L剂量下B3、B4、C3的3d保护效果均在60%以上,优于丙烷脒处理的57.55%;B3、B4的3d治疗效果分别为71.70%和68.87%,与丙烷脒防效(64.15%)相当。【结论】B3、134较丙烷脒抑菌活性有较大提高,有望成为丙烷脒产品的更新品种。
[Objective] The research is to find more compounds with antifungal activity. [Method] Eight propenaindine analogs A3,B3,B4,C3,C4,D3 ,D4 and E3 were synthesized from 4-cyanophenol and a,ω-dibromopane. All compounds were confirmed by 1H-NMR and MS. The inhibitory effects were studied with the mycelial growth rate method. [Result] The results showed that four compounds such as N, N-bispropy-lpropamidine (B3), N, N-bispropylbutylamidine ( B4 ), N, N-diisopropylpropamidine ( C3 ), N, N,-disisobu- tylbuytlamidine (D3), had high inhibitory effect on the growth of Botrytis cinerea, with ECs0 ranging from 0.241 8 mg/L to 3. 473 0 mg/L, higher than propamidine;the protective and therapeutical efficacy of B3,B4 and C3 on leaves of cucumber all higher than that of propamidine. [Conclusion] B3 and B4 own more potent activity than propamidine and can be used to substitute propamidine.
