摘要
以3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲酸、正十六醇和三氯氧磷为原料合成了3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲酸正十六酯,研究了反应温度、反应时间、原料配比等因素对合成反应的影响,确定最佳工艺条件为:反应温度100 ~ 105℃,反应时间5h,n(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲酸)∶n(正十六醇)=1∶1.2,n(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲酸)∶n(三氯氧磷)=1∶0.5,溶剂用量30 mL(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲酸用量为0.1 mol时).在此条件下收率可达94.33%以上.
N - Hexadecyl - 3,5 - ditertbutyl - 4 - hydroxy benzoate was prepared with 3,5 - ditertbutyl - 4 - hydroxybenzoic acid, n - hexadecanol and phosphorus oxychloride as the materials, the effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and ratio of materials, etc. on the synthesis reaction were studied, and the oPtimum process conditions were identified as follows: the reaction temperature is 100 to 105 ℃ , the reaction time is 5 h, n(3,5 - ditertbutyl -4 - hydroxybenzoic acid) :n(n - hexadecanol) = 1 : 1.2, n(3,5 - ditertbutyl - 4 - hydroxybenzoic acid) : n ( phosphorus oxychloride) = 1 : 0.5, solvent volume used is 30 mL (when the amount of 3,5 -ditertbutyl -4 -hydroxybenzoic acid used is 0.1 tool). The yield can be as high as 94.33% or above at such conditions.
