摘要
目的:建立小金胶囊中乌头碱的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:采用Zorbax Extend—C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.005%磷酸水溶液(内含0.04%三乙胺)(68:32),流速:1.0 mL/min,柱温:30℃,检测波长235 nm。结果:乌头碱的浓度在6.175~197.6μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(R2=0.9999),平均回收率97.35%,日内和日间精密度RSD分别为0.77%和1.55%。结论:所建方法准确、可靠,可用于该药品的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the assaying of aconitine in Xiaojin capsules. Methods: Zorbax Extend--C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm) column was used. With a mobile phase of methanol - 0, 005% phosphoric acid solution and containin 0. 04% triethy -lamine (68: 32) . The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1 and the column temperature was 30℃. The detection wavelength was 235 nm. Results: The linearity of aconitine was good within range of 6. 175 ~ 197.6 μg · mL-1 (R2 =0. 9999) . The average recovery was 97.35%. The for inter -day and intra -day RSD was 0. 77% and 1.55% respectively. Conclusion: The method is accurate reliable and suitable for the determination of aconitine in Xiaojin capsules.
