摘要
目的：建立小金胶囊中乌头碱的HPLC含量测定方法。方法：采用Zorbax Extend—C18色谱柱（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-0.005%磷酸水溶液（内含0.04%三乙胺）（68：32）,流速：1.0 mL/min,柱温：30℃,检测波长235 nm。结果：乌头碱的浓度在6.175~197.6μg/mL范围内线性关系良好（R2=0.9999）,平均回收率97.35%,日内和日间精密度RSD分别为0.77%和1.55%。结论：所建方法准确、可靠,可用于该药品的质量控制。
Objective： To establish a HPLC method for the assaying of aconitine in Xiaojin capsules. Methods： Zorbax Extend--C18 （4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm） column was used. With a mobile phase of methanol - 0, 005% phosphoric acid solution and containin 0. 04% triethy -lamine （68： 32） . The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1 and the column temperature was 30℃. The detection wavelength was 235 nm. Results： The linearity of aconitine was good within range of 6. 175 ~ 197.6 μg · mL-1 （R2 =0. 9999） . The average recovery was 97.35%. The for inter -day and intra -day RSD was 0. 77% and 1.55% respectively. Conclusion： The method is accurate reliable and suitable for the determination of aconitine in Xiaojin capsules.
