摘要
目的:对强筋接骨胶囊提取工艺参数进行优化,以提升该制剂的质量控制标准。方法:采用正交实验方法以出膏率、柚皮苷、阿魏酸含量测定等为评价指标,考察加水量、提取时间、提取次数对提取工艺的影响。结果:综合评分法显示,最佳提取工艺为加水6倍量,提取2次,每次提取60分钟。结论:该提取工艺稳定可行。
Objective：To raise the standard for quality control of the preparation by optimizing extraction process parameters of QiangJin JieGu capsules. Methods：Orthogonal test was performed, ointment rate, content determination of naringin and ferulic acid were chosen as the evaluating indexes, the influences of water addition,extraction time and extraction times on extraction process were investigated. Results：Comprehensive scoring method shows that the optimal extraction process was adding six times of water, extracting twice, extracting for 60 minutes each time. Conclusion：The extraction process is stable and feasible.
