摘要
目的建立逐痰消痹方贴剂的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对处方中的甘遂、芫花、川芎和白芥子进行鉴别。结果各样品在薄层色谱中,鉴别斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。结论该方法简便可靠,专属性、重复性好,可用于逐痰消痹方贴剂的定性质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish an indentifieation method for Zhutanxiaobifang Patch by TLC. METHODS TLC was used to identify Kansui Radix, Genkwa Flos, Chuanxiong Rhizoma and Semen Sinapis Albae. RESULTS TLC specific characteristics of all varieties were distinctive. There was no interfere with the nega- tive reference. CONCLUSION These methods are specific, accurate and reliable, which can be used as the quality control methods of Zhutarrxiaobifang Patch.
