摘要
应用透析法和超滤法制备了猪囊虫特异性转移因子．测定对其理化性质、免疫活性及免疫作用．结果表明，含猪囊虫特异性转移因子组（１组，２组）比不含特异性转移因子组（３组）较能诱发高水平体液，细胞免疫应答．用虫卵攻击感染后，前者具较高的减虫保护率，与抗原佐剂组比具显著差异，能增强宿主免疫保护．
Cysticercosis specific transfer factor (STF) were prepared from pig by dialysis and Ultrafiltration method the physicochemical properties,immunological acitivities and function of the STF were determined.Pig were immunized with Antigen and adjuvant and STF(Group1,Group2),and Antigen and adjuvant (Group3) respectively,protective immunity of pigs were indicated by worm reduction rate.Group1,Group2 had hngher worm reduction rate than Group3.It was shown the STF could enhanec the humoral and cellular immunity level and result in protective immunity of pigs against the cysticercosis.
