摘要
用鸡柔嫩艾美尔球虫的已孢子化卵囊对７０日龄罗曼鸡进行涓滴免疫，２０日后取脾，用透折法制备特异性转移因子（ＳＴＦ）；经检验：ＳＴＦ蛋白区应阴性，ＯＤ２６０／ＯＤ２８０比值１．７８，ＲＮＡ含量２６５μｇ／ｍｌ，ＤＮＡ含量９０μｇ／ｍｌ，Ｖｃ含量１．３５μｇ／ｍｌ，原液含１７种氨基酸；与对照组相比，口服ＳＴＦ对鸡生长发育有明显促进作用。
The 70-day-old Loman chicken were Trickle immunised with spored oocysts of Eimeria tenella. The special transfer factor(STF) were extracted by mechanical-physical penetration from chichen spleen. The protein in STF was negative reaction.OD260/OD280 ration was 1.78, RNA and DNA and vitaminum C were 265μg/ ml,90μg/ml, 1.35μg/ml, respectively. The amino acid were 17 species in STF. Compared with the control group, the growth of experimental group were promoted by taking the STF orally.
