摘要
从乌鸡脾脏提取转移因子(TF),从鸡血清分离纯化肿瘤坏死因子(TNF),将TF和TNF作用于L929细胞,检测L929细胞死亡率,比较TF和TNF对肿瘤细胞杀伤活性。结果表明:TF对L929细胞有一定杀伤作用,但杀伤活性明显弱于鸡血清TNF。
The transfer factor extracted from the spleen of a dark fowl, the tumor necrosis factor isolated and purified from the serum of a chicken were acted on L929 cell, detected the death rate of L929 cell and the killing and wounding activity of dark fowl to tumor cell was compared. The result showed that TF had some lethal effect on the tumor cell, but the activity was lower obviously than TNF of chicken serum.
