摘要
本文用透析法制备猪脾转移因子（ＰＴＦ）、猪囊虫特异性转移因子（ＰＳＴＦ）及兔脾转移因子（ＲＴＦ）和兔脾猪囊虫特异性转移因子（ＲＳＴＦ），旨在探讨它们的理化特性及组成上异同。结果表明四种转移因子在核糖、多肽及氨基酸组成上存在很大差异。即同一来源的转移因子ＲＴＦ与ＲＳＴＦ、ＰＴＦ与ＰＳＴＦ及ＲＴＦ与ＰＴＦ、ＲＳＴＦ与ＰＳＴＦ之间组成不同。
Four transfer factors were prepared by dialysis method(Two transfer factors (RTF,PTF)from rabbit or pig spleens and two Cysticercosis specific transfer factors (PSTF,RSTF)from pigs or rabbit spleens immunized by cysticercosis).The physicochemical properties of these Four TF have been studied by means of determination of nucleotide,peptide contents and free amino acids.It was shown there were significant difference among the four trasfer factors.
