摘要
目的:观察阿昔莫司治疗老年糖尿病合并混合型高脂血症的疗效。方法:对90例老年糖尿病合并混合型高脂血症患者均在药物降糖治疗基础上加服阿昔莫司治疗,疗程为8周,观察治疗前后血脂指标的变化。结果:血脂(除HDL-C)各项指标显著下降,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿昔莫司能够改善老年糖尿病合并混合型高脂血症患者的血脂谱,使血脂达标率明显提高,具有良好的安全性和耐受性。
Objective To observe the efficacy of acipimox for treating combined hyperlipidemia in the elderly patients with diabetes. Method Total 90 elderly diabetes patients with combined hyperlipidemia in received the therapy of asipimox treatment（750mg/day）. The levels of cholesterol,TG, LDL - C, and HDL - C were measured before treatment and 4,8 weeks after treatment. Results The TC,TG and LDL - C decreased significantly after acipimox treating. The level of HDL - C had no changes. Conclusion Acipimox can reduce the level of TC and LDL - C. And acipimox has excellent safety and tolerance in the treatment of combined hyperlipidemia.
