摘要
目的:评价镍钛合金支架对放射治疗中吸收剂量可能产生的影响。方法:分别利用标准水模、正常动物和肿瘤模型对镍钛合金支架置入前后的吸收剂量变化进行测量。结果:水模试验中,在照射剂量为0.8Gy和20Gy时,支架后方剂量减少,前方和侧方剂量均增加,但变化值非常微小。支架置入正常动物气管后,气管后方剂量减少,前方和侧方剂量增加不明显。肿瘤模型实验中,支架未引起生长延迟曲线的明显变化。结论:放射治疗中镍钛合金支架引起的剂量变化非常微小。
ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the potential effect of Ni-Ti stent on the absorptive values in radiotherapy. Methods: Standard water tank, normal animal and animal tumor model were used to assess the dosage change before and after a NiTi stent placement. Results: (1) In the water tank, when the doses 0.8 Gy and 2 Gy were adopted, absorptive dose dropped behind stent and increased at the locations lateral and anterior to the stent. (2) In the normal animal, after a tracheal stent insertion, the dose behind the stent dropped, but no change was detected before and beside it. (3) In the animal tumor model, the stent was not found to change the growthdelay curve significantly. Conclusion: Absorptive dose change after a Ni-Ti stent placement was minor, and it would not influence the effect of radiotherapy in an animal tumor model.
