摘要
目的探讨不同材料内植物对放射治疗的影响。方法采用6MV-x线作为放射源,在体外对形状、大小及厚度相同的不锈钢板、钛板和骨水泥板的透射因子进行测定,以确定不同材料内植物对射线的阻挡情况。结果 3种不同材料内植物对射线的透射因子(衰减系数)分别为:0.8960,0.9552,0.9951,3种不同材料内植物对射线的衰减影响很小,但3种不同材料内植物对射线的衰减有显著性差异(<0.05)。结论 3种不同材料内植物对射线的衰减有显著性差异,以骨水泥的影响最小,钛板次之,不锈钢板最大,临床上,骨水泥常用来填充骨缺损,而不用于内固定,钛板及不锈钢板常用于内固定,同时由于钛金属良好的组织相容性,因此恶性骨肿瘤保肢手术治疗选用骨与关节替代材料时可优先选择钛板。
Objective To study whether the different material implant affect the radiation beam. Methods The transmission factors from the stainless steel plate, the titanium plate and the bone cement plate are supervised under the 6MVx ray irradiation. Results The transmission factor from the 3 different implants respectively is 0.8960, 0.9552 and 0.9951. The effect of 3 different implant is very small to the beam weaken, but it has the significant difference to the beam weaken in 3 different implants (P〈 0.05). Conclusion The effect of 3 different implant has the significant difference to the beam weaken. The influence of bone cement plate is smallest, the titanium plate next, the stainless steel plate biggest.The titanium plate may be the prior selection when the surgery treatment of malignant bone tumor is performed.
