骨与软组织恶性肿瘤综合治疗进展 被引量：12

摘要 人类骨与软组织肿瘤的发生率较低,研究较困难,但在骨科领域内却占有相当重要的地位.在我国,原发性骨与软组织肿瘤约占全身肿瘤的2%～3%,其中1/3是恶性骨肿瘤,多数在确诊后已发生肺等其他部位转移,如何进行综合性治疗是近年来讨论的热点.简要综述了手术、化疗、生物治疗和放疗等方面治疗骨与软组织恶性肿瘤的进展,以及综合利用这些方法治疗骨与软组织恶性肿瘤的最新进展.资料表明化疗和生物治疗发展很快,化疗的进展使得骨与软组织恶性肿瘤患者的生存时间大大延长,生活质量明显改善,相当一部分患者获得了根治;生物治疗则为彻底根治这类疾病提供了可能,已经用于治疗一些晚期患者,取得了一定效果,有可能是继化疗后又一个治疗恶性骨肿瘤的里程碑.
