摘要
本文回顾了国内外关于工作倦怠的相关研究,首先描述了工作倦怠的定义,接着对其测量进行介绍,然后分析相关的影响因素,最后,加以总结评述并对今后研究提出展望。
The paper reviews the related study of？ domestic and foreign job burnout. Firstly, it describes the definition of job burnout, and carries on the introduction to the measurements, then it analyzes its relevant factors. Finally, the summary and evaluation are made and the developmental trends of the study in the future are proposed.
