摘要
以护理学科中批判性思维的概念和结构为基础,从教学内容、教学过程、教学形式、教学条件及教学评价等方面,对高等护理教学过程中,培养学生批判性思维能力的教学模式进行了探讨。强调护理学科价值观和良好人格特征的培养应渗透于教学的全过程;主张教学内容的呈现应具有结构性和比较性,突出护理学科与其它学科相互交叉渗透的特点;提出采用创设的临床护理问题的教学过程来突出形成护理诊断和做出护理决策的过程结构;阐述了进行教学过程中所必须的教学策略和教学评价过程。
On the basis of concept and structure of critical thinking in the nursing,the teaching mode training the student's critical thinking ability is discussed in respect of the teaching process,content,form,conditions,and evaluation.Training of nursing values and good personalistic property infiltrating into all the teaching process was emphasized.The teaching content should have complete structure and comparability.The quality of mutual infiltration of nursing and other disciplines should be stressed.The teaching process,making nursing diagnosis and dicisionaccordingto theclinical nursing problem,should be developed.Essential teachingstrategy andassessment approach in the teaching process are expounded.
