摘要
近年来,日益严重的铜污染导致的高等植物铜毒害问题逐渐凸现,通过对铜胁迫下小白菜的品质相关指标的试验研究发现:外界铜胁迫会使植株硝酸盐含量减少,NR活性和Vc含量也有类似变化;而可溶性蛋白含量在低浓度铜胁迫下略有增加,但随着铜浓度升高会显著减少;可溶性糖含量也是先上升,超过一定浓度又会呈现明显的下降趋势。
With the copper pollution aggravating recently, the problems of copper physiological toxicity on higher plant were more and more serious. Based on the test of Brassica chinensis L under the copper stress, a series of quality indicators change appeared. Copper stress led to the reduction of nitrate content of plants. Nitrate reductase (NR) activity and vitamin C showed in negative correlation of copper stress.The contents of soluble protein lightly increased, then declined distinctly under the higher concentration of copper stress. The contents of soluble sugar increased in low-copper solution, then reduced when the copper concentration is above the certain degree.
