摘要
1992、1993年连续2个夏季对不同类型遮阳网在不同栽培方式下对小白菜品质的影响进行了研究，结果表明，整个生长期内盖网，虽可提高小白菜外观品质，但其内在品质如Vc、蛋白质含量下降，硝酸盐积累增多。进一步试验证明，实施采收前5d（天）揭网处理可使其内在品质达到或超过露地栽培水平。
Effects of various sunshade nets on quality of loose leaved Chinese cabbage cultured in different covering ways were studied in the summer,1993, 1994. The results showed that when covered during the whole growth period, the loose leaved Chinese cabbage's appearance was improved, but its nutrient quality was descended, (Vc and crude Portein concentration fallen, nitrate accumulation increased. Further studins showed that the quality can be same with or better than that of loose leaved Chinese cabbage cultured in open ground if we took the sunshade nets off loose leaved Chinese cabbage 5 days before harvesting.
