摘要
为了明确铁、锰胁迫对人参生长和生理的影响规律,本试验在Hoagland营养液配方的基础上设定铁、锰胁迫浓度,研究了人参开花期叶片中相应的生理变化。结果表明,高铁胁迫下,叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素含量均有下降的趋势,其在CFe(0.215 2 mmol/L)胁迫下是正常处理的0.71,0.30,0.33倍,且均与正常水平呈显著差异(P<0.05),过氧化物酶(POD)活性、可溶性糖及脯氨酸含量呈增加趋势,POD活性为正常处理的4倍,可溶性糖含量是正常处理的14.63倍,脯氨酸含量增加了51.77μg/g;高锰胁迫下,叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素含量变化趋势与高铁胁迫基本一致,其在CMn(0.038 mmol/L)胁迫下是正常处理的0.55,0.78,0.13倍,均达到了显著差异(P<0.05),POD活性为正常处理的2.78倍,可溶性糖含量是正常处理的1.86倍,脯氨酸含量增加了76.42μg/g。低铁、锰胁迫下,叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素含量均表现为升高的趋势;POD活性呈降低趋势;可溶性糖含量显著降低;脯氨酸含量明显升高。铁、锰胁迫下,造成人参氧化损伤,光合作用下降,体内积累大量的渗透调节物质。
In order to investigate the effect rule of microelements including iron(Fe) and manganese(Mn) stress on ginseng growth and physiology,an experiment based on Hoagland nutrient formula of different iron and manganese stress concentrations was conducted and physiological changes were studied in the roots and leaves of ginseng at flowering stage.The results showed that chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and carotenoids content all dropped at high-iron stress,in which CFe(0.215 2 mmol/L)was 0.71,0.30 and 0.33 times of the normal processing and it was significant compared with normal level(P0.05).POD activity,soluble sugar and proline content all showed an increasing trend.POD activity was 4 times of the normal processing,soluble sugar content was 14.63 times of the normal processing,proline content increased by 51.77 μg/g;chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and carotenoids content were basically identical to those of high Fe stress at high stress,in which CMn(0.038 mmol/L)was 0.55,0.78 and 0.13 times of the normal processing and compared with the normal level there was a significant difference(P0.05).POD activity was 2.78 times of the normal processing,soluble sugar content was 1.86 times of the normal processing and proline content increased by 76.42 μg/g.Chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and carotenoids content all showed an increasing trend.POD activity and soluble sugar content were decreased while proline content was significantly higher at low Fe,Mn stress.The Fe and Mn stress caused oxidative damage,made ginseng photosynthesis down,and accumulated a lot of osmotic regulation substances.
