摘要
研究了球铁基体彩色、基体硬度及其成分分布之间关系。实验表明，Ｌａ、Ｓｉ在球铁中分布异常。Ｌａ偏聚在晶界呈根块状分布。在金属型铸件中Ｓｉ分布在渗碳体内，并有胞状组织出现。
This paper studies the relations between the matrix colouring,matrix microhardness and the distribution of chemical composition of the ductile iron and obtains the abnormal distribution of La and Si in ductile iron. La segregates on the crystal grain boundary with root tuber form. Si distributes into the cementite matrix of ductile iron cast in the metal mould as well. The cell crystallizatin appears on the ductile iron cast by the metal mould too.
