摘要
用彩色金相法分析研究了金属型球铁磨球非平衡凝固过程和特性.结果表明:过共晶球铁凝固时出现非平衡奥氏体;亚共晶球铁凝固时出现晕圈铁素体和非平衡渗碳体相;在柱状晶与等轴晶过渡区中存在着偏聚物.对凝固过程中结晶组织变异的原因进行了分析,提出了改善球铁磨球的显微组织及机械性能的控制措施.
The non-equilibrium crystallizing processes and the characteristics of the metal mould nodular iron grinding ball have been discussed in this paper. It has been found out that the non-equilibrium austenite phrase appeared in hyper-eutectic nodular iron, halo-ring ferrite and non-equilibrium cementite phrase appeared in hypo-eutectic nodular iron during non-equilibrium solidification. Segregated solute and inclusion distributed at the transition boundary of the column crystal and the equiaxial crystal of the phrase. The reason of the appearing abnormal crystals has been analyzed. In order to improve the micro-structure and the mechanical properties of the nodular iron grinding ball, some control aspects have been presented.
