自由落体条件下的快速偏晶凝固 被引量:11

摘要 采用落管方法实现了Ni-31.4%Pb偏晶合金在微重力和无容器条件下的深过冷和快速凝固.理论计算表明液滴下落过程中获得的过冷度与其直径呈指数函数关系,实验中获得了241 K(0.15Tm)的最大过冷度.发现随过冷度的增大,偏晶胞组织在整个试样中的体积分数增大,且L2(Pb)相显著细化.对L2(Pb)相和a-Ni相的形核率进行了理论计算,结果表明偏晶转变过程中L2(Pb)相总是领先形核相.
