当归多糖抗辐射功能的构效关系探讨 被引量:15

Studies on Structure-function Relationship of Antiradiation Function in Polysaccharide from Angelica Sinensis

摘要 为研究当归多糖ASP3抗辐射功能的构效关系,以ASP3及其部分酸水解、脱酯和羧基还原产物为试验样品,通过小鼠灌胃,初步探讨ASP3的中性糖支链、酯化度及半乳糖醛酸基团对当归多糖抗辐射功能的影响。结果表明:当归多糖的抗辐射功能主要通过"毛发区"的中性糖支链来表达,并通过"光滑区"半乳糖醛酸聚糖主链进行调节;不同的酯化度会使多糖糖链形成不同的空间构象,进而影响其抗辐射功能。 The structure-function relationship of polysaccharide ASP3 from A. sinesis was studied. The effect of neutral sugars in the branched chain, degree of esterification and GalA residues on the antiradiation function of ASP3 were preliminary probed by mouse feeding test. The results showed that an antiradiation function of ASP3 was expressed mainly by the neutral sugars-branched chain of 'hairy regions', and modulated by the hemigalacturonan main chain of 'smooth regions'; various degree of esterification gave the different formation of space configuration, thus influenced the antiradiation function of ASP3.
