摘要
葫芦科主要蔬菜建立再生体系是基因工程研究中关键性的基础工作。本文就近些年来国内外在激素水平、培养基类型、基因型、苗龄、外植体部位、不同的消毒处理方法等因素对葫芦科主要蔬菜再生体系建立的影响方面的研究进展进行综述,分析了目前葫芦科主要蔬菜再生体系研究进展缓慢的原因,以期为葫芦科主要蔬菜的遗传转化研究和分子育种提供借鉴。
The establishment of regeneration system of Cucurbitaceae was the key job of genetic engineering research. The research development of hormone level, culture medium type, genotype, seedling age and explant site, different disinfection methods and other factors of Cucurbitaceae were summarize, the reason of relatively slow research development of regeneration system of Cucurbitaceae was analyzed, so as to provide reference for the genetic transformation and biotechnology breeding of major Cueubitaceae crops.
