摘要
目的建立土牛膝中总皂苷的含量测定方法,并考察不同提取方法对土牛膝中总皂苷含量测定的影响。方法采用比色法测定总皂苷的含量,分别考察甲醇回流提取、乙醇回流提取等5种提取方法制得的样品溶液所测定的总皂苷的含量。结果甲醇回流提取、乙醇回流提取、水超声提取、乙醇超声提取及索氏回流提取制备的样品溶液中总皂苷的含量分别为3.36%,4.75%,2.63%,4.97%,2.14%。结论比色法可用于土牛膝总皂苷含量测定,样品溶液的制备宜采用乙醇超声提取法。
Objective To establish the determination method of total saponins in local achyranthes aspera,and to investigate the effect of different extraction methods on the determination of total saponins in local achyranthes aspera.Methods Colormetric method analysis was carried out.Five extraction methods was compared.Results The contents of total saponins were 3.36%,4.75%,2.63%,4.97%,2.14% respectively.Conclusion Colorimetric method analysis can be used to determine the content of total saponins in local achyranthes aspera,and ethanol extraction method should be used to prepare the sample solution.
