摘要
目的：观察“参龙降压灵胶囊”治疗老年高血压病的临床疗效，以及对血脂、微循环、脂质过氧化反应的影响。方法：应用“参龙降压灵胶囊”治疗６０例老年高血压病患者（治疗组），检测了治疗前后血脂、甲皱微循环、超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）、过氧化脂质（ＬＰＯ）的变化，并与尼群地平治疗高血压患者３６例（对照组）进行比较。结果：治疗组降压疗效与对照组相似；但随访３个月～６个月的血压复升率明显低于对照组（３个月血压复升率治疗组２２．９％，对照组６７．９％；６个月血压复升率前者为４５．８％，后者为９２．９％），２组比较均有显著性差异（Ｐ均＜０．０１）；治疗组治疗后胆固醇和甘油三酯明显降低〔分别由治疗前（６．２±１．５）ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ和（３．７±１．７）ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ降至（５．４±１．２）ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ和（２．６±１．４）ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ〕，高密度脂蛋白明显升高〔由（１．１±０．６）ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ升至（１．３±０．５）ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ〕，甲皱微循环也有明显改善〔总积分由（２１．５±２．１）分降至（１４．９±１．８）分〕，并可明显升高ＳＯＤ活性〔由（１５６７．７±１６２．３）Ｕ／ｇ升至（１７９４．３±１８１．６）Ｕ／ｇ〕，降低ＬＰＯ含量〔由（６．７±１?
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenlong Jiangyaling Capsule on senile hypertension and observe the changes of blood lipid,microcirculation and lipid peroxide (LPO).Methods:Sixty cases of senile hypertension were treated with Shenlong Jiangyaling Capsule (treatment group) and to examinate the blood lipid,nail fold microcirculation,superoxide dismutase (SOD) and LPO.Moreover,to compared with 36 cases treated with nifedipin (control group).Results:The effectiveness of reducing blood pressure in treatment group was similar to control group,while the recurrente rates of hypertension in treatment group was lower significantly than that in control group as followed up for 3 to 6 months (the recurrent rates as followed up 3 months were 229% and 679% in treatment group and control group respectively;as followed up 6 months were 458% and 929% in treatment group and control group respectively),there was obvious difference between 2 groups (all P<001);the level of total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) were decreased markedly in treatment group after therapy 〔(62±15)mmol/L and (37±17)mmol/L vs. (54±12) mmol/L and (26±14)mmol/L,respectively〕.The concentration of high density lipoprotein (HDL) was raised obviously after treatment than before 〔(11±06)mmol/L to (13±05)mmol/L〕;nail fold microcirculation was improved obviously,the total score was decreased from (215±21) scale to (149±18) scale;the activity of SOD was raised 〔1 5677±1623)U/g to (1 7943±1816)U/g〕;content of LPO was decreased 〔(67±14)mmol/L vs. (54±13) mmol/L〕,there were obvious differences between preand posttreatment ( P<005,P<001),but there were no statistical differences in control group (all P>005).Conclusions:Shenlong Jiangyaling Capsule can depress hypertension effectively,particularly in long term effect;moreover,it can regulate the lipid metabolism,improve the microcirculation and inhibit oxidation.
