摘要
本文观察了EH病人CEC的变化及其与血脂质过氧化反应的关系。结果表明:EH病人的CEC、LPO及SOD/LPO显著高于正常对照者;而血浆和红细胞SOD明显低于对照者.提示:EH病人体内的脂质过氧化反应增强及其清除能力减弱,可能是造成血管丙皮细胞损害的重要因素.
The cranges of circulating erdothelial cells (CEC) and its relation with blood lipid peroxidation in hypertens.ves were observed. The result showed that the levels of CEC, plasma lipid peroxides (LPO) and SOD/LPO were significantly higher and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in both plasma and intraerythrocyte was significantly lower in hyperten- sives than those in normal subjects. It is indicated that the imbalance of lipid peroxidation may be an important factor responsible for endothelium damage.
