摘要
目的 :观察参龙降压灵对老龄 SHR大鼠血脂及血液流变学的影响。方法 :将老龄 SHR分为观察组 (给予参龙降压灵 )与 SHR组、正常 Wistar大鼠 (老龄及 4月龄 )共 4组 ,观察各组血脂、血液流变学指标的变化。结果 :老龄 wistar大鼠血脂 /血液流变学指标高于 4月龄 wistar大鼠 ,但缺乏显著性差异 ,老龄 SHR则明显高于老龄 Wistar(P<0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1 ) ;给予参龙降压灵的观察组各项均明显低于老龄 SHR组 (P<0 .0 5～0 .0 1 ) ,接近老龄 wistar组。结论 :参龙降压灵可明显调整老龄 SHR血脂代射、改善血液流变学指标的异常。
Objective:To observe the effect of Shenlong Jiangyaling on blood lipid and hemorrheology of old spontaneously hypertensive rat (OSHR).Methods:The blood lipid,hemorrheology of OSHR,normal Wistar rat and the effect of Shenlong Jiangyaling on them were tested respectively.Results:The level of blood lipid,hemorrheology of OSHR were higher than old Wistar rat ( P <0\^05~0\^01).After treatment with Shenlong Jiangyaling,the level of OSHR decreased and was not higher than the old Wistar level.Conclusion:Shenlong Jiangyaling might adapt the blood lipid and hemorrheology of OSHR.
