摘要
高校组建学术团队形式各异,效果各不相同。总结高校学术团队的组建模式,即分别依托学科建设、重大重点项目、研究平台、高层次人才、整体引进和一般课题等载体;并提出学术团队的运行机制,即功能协调机制、动力激励机制和共生机制。
Nowadays, the form and performance of academic teams in universities is quite different, which has become a hot topic in education management. This article summarizes the founding modes of academic teams in universities, which depend on discipline construction, key project, research platform, advanced talents, integral introduction and general project; and discusses their running mechanism, that is ,function co-adjustment mechanism, motivating mechanism and symbiotic mechanism.
