摘要
图书馆加强学术团队是充分利用资源,形成良好馆风的重要议题。本文从图书馆学术现状,形成学术团队的条件及意义论述了学术团队组建的必要,并对如何组建高效团队进行了分析研究。
strengthening the construction of Academic Teams has been an important issue nowadays as it may help making full use of library resources and forms good atmosphere. This paper is intended to deal with the necessity and basis of strengthening the construction of efficient Academic Teams in Chinese university libraries from analyzing the present situation of the libraries, the solid foundation and significance of constructing the academic teams.
