摘要
学科队伍建设是学科建设的基础,是提高教学质量的根本。学院应根据各学科发展的特点,以规范行为、建立秩序、营造环境、提高效率,充分挖掘人的最大潜能为基本目标,将宏观管理与微观控制相结合,优化教师队伍结构,不断加强学科队伍的建设,努力建设一支团结、进取、有凝聚力和战斗力的团队。
Construction of discipline teams is central to the development of disciplines and the base of the improvement of teaching quality. To suit to the characteristics of its disciplines, a school of a university should target at standardizing academics' behavior, establishing a proper order and environment, increasing efficiency, and making the best of the staff's potential. It should also integrate macro management and micro control and optimize the structure of the staff as to establish a unified, ambitious, and powerful work team.
