摘要
报道了齐口裂腹鱼Sclizothoraxprenanti胚胎发育和仔鱼早期发育的形态特征及发育特点。该鱼的成熟卵为微黏性,卵径2 9~3 0mm,授精后约1h,受精卵吸水膨胀达到最大,卵径4 2mm。试验期间水温为10 2~23 4℃,平均16 8℃。授精5h进入卵裂期,12h进入囊胚期,19h进入原肠期,40h胚孔封闭,86h肌节开始收缩,98h心跳开始,134h出膜。刚出膜的仔鱼全长11mm,出膜后第2天到第4天,胸鳍、鳃、口腔、鳍、眼色素、体内血管等器官相继发育完全;第5天仔鱼全长达15mm,鳔充气,鱼苗开始平游和觅食。齐口裂腹鱼卵裂前、原肠期、尾芽出现期前,发育相对较慢,尾芽出现后发育明显加快。
The morphological feature and development characteristics of Sclizothorax prenanti was described during the embryo and larvae stage. The ripe eggs are slightly adhesive and 2.9-3.0 mm in diameter. One hour after fertilization, the egg has the maximal diameter of 4.2 mm while it is expanded by adsorption of water. The cleavage, blastula and gastrula stages occurred 5, 12 and 19 hours after fertilization at water temperature of 10.2-23.4℃(on average, 16.8℃), respectively. Blastopore was closed, muscle segment began contracting, and palpilation appeared 40, 86, 98 hours after fertilization, respectively. The larvae just hatched out 134 hours after fertilization. The newly hatched larvae are 11 mm. in total length. The pectoral fins, gills, mouth, caudal fin, eye pigment, blood vessels and other organs were formed gradually 2-4 days post hatching. The larvae reached 15 mm in total length with inflation the pneumatic cyst, and started to search for feed and swim horizontally 5 days after hatching. The embryonic development is characterized by rapid caudal bud formation.
