摘要
知识共享是企业在实施知识管理过程中的难题之一,如何有效地提高知识共享活动的效率和效果受诸多因素影响.从影响知识共享因素的角度出发,设计了评价企业知识共享水平的指标体系,并运用模糊评价法对企业的知识共享水平进行评价.
Knowledge - sharing is a difficult problem in the procedure for enterprises to implement the knowledge management. Its improvement is influenced by many factors. Based on these factors, an index system of evaluation is designed in this paper. The fuzzy synthetic, method is also applied to evaluate the knowledge - sharing level.
