摘要
组织知识共享中存在的障碍及其根源是学术界和企业共同关心的两个重要问题。本文指出了组织知识共享中存在的6种障碍,并分析了其形成的原因。
Both academy and enterprises pay attention to what the impediments influencing knowledge sharing in organizations are and what their origins are. This paper points out six impediments influencing knowledge sharing in organization,and discusses the origins of these impediments.
