摘要
如何选择对本企业最为适合和有利的信息化模式,是普遍困扰我国企业的重大问题。据此分析了企业信息化建设中存在的几种模式及其特点,并运用模糊评价法进行方案评价选优,从而为领导决策提供科学依据。
How to choose a proper and favorable digitalization mode for an enterprise is a big issue faced by Chinese enterprises. Several modes in enterprise digitalization construction and their features are analyzed. The fuzzy evaluation methods are utilized to evaluate and select projects, providing scientific basis for decision-making.
