摘要
知识共享是知识管理的核心。知识共享有利于促进企业的知识创新,增强企业的竞争优势。因此,如何有效地评价企业的知识共享能力便成了企业面临的一个重要的问题。文章在已有的基础上,从知识共享的客体要素水平、知识共享的主体要素水平、企业知识共享的硬环境水平和企业知识共享的软环境水平4个方面,构建企业知识共享能力的评价指标体系,进而构建基于模糊广义回归神经网络(Fussy-GRNN)的企业知识共享能力评价模型,克服了已有评价方法的某些不足,并取得了较好的效果。
Knowledge sharing is the core of knowledge management. Knowledge sharing is favorable for the encouragement of enterprise knowledge innovation and the enhancement of enterprise competitive advantages. Therefore, bow to effectively evaluate the enterprise knowledge sharing capability is an important problem the enterprises are confronted with. Based on the previous stud- ies, this paper constructs an evaluation index system of enterprises knowledge sharing capability from the following four aspects ： the object factors level of enterprise knowledge sharing, the subject factors level of enterprise knowledge sharing, the hardware environ- ment level of enterprise knowledge sharing, and the software environment level of enterprise knowledge sharing. The paper further constructs the model of evaluating the enterprise knowledge sharing capability based on Fussy-GRNN, overcomes certain shortages of the previous evaluation method, and achieves better results.
