摘要
简述了丝饼拉丝机的发展历程;通过分析多分束原丝易出现的络纱脱圈和端面蛛网——"毛耳朵"等问题,提出了拉丝机排线方式的改进方案。方案经实施验证,效果良好,基本杜绝了上述问题,提高了多分束玻纤产品的品质。
A scheme for modifying the way of strand traversing of cake winders was proposed based on the analysis of such problems as coil slippage and spider webs frequently found in multi-split glass strands. The scheme was proved to be efficient in practice, basically eliminating above problems and enhancing the quality of multi-split glass strand products.
