原有的纺织型加工工艺,无法满足绝缘玻璃纤维制品数量和质量越来越高的要求,本文介绍采用多股络纱工艺生产电磁线用无碱无捻玻璃纤维纱的试验,这种工艺减少了原来退绕、合股工序,提高了纤维强度.
The old weaving technique of fiber glass could not satisty the stricker and stricker demands for both quality and quantity of electrical insulating fiber glass products. This paper introduces a multiple yarn wond process to produce twistless E-glass yarn used in electric magnetic wires. This process eliminates the unwinding and plying operations and increases the fiber strength.
