摘要
本文针对烘干内退工艺中的关键性难题-脱圈,系统总结了长期技术攻关和工艺质量控制工作中的经验,提出了形成脱圈的三大原因及解决办法的思路,作为实际工作的借鉴.
In accordance with the delamination which is one of the key difficult problems exsiting in inner unwinding process of glass strand cake, the author sums up the experience in long—time technical research and process quality control, puts forword the three main accounts causing delamination and appropriate measures to solve these problems.
