摘要
介绍了原丝筒退解中存在的原丝粘连、排线不齐、暴筒、原丝筒边不良等影响产品品质和退解效率的常见问题及产生原因,通过调整拉丝机的卷绕比、强制分束器(TTSS)高度、排线器后移速度等方面的试验与研究来探讨,提出了一些解决方法。
Problems often found in the unwinding process of fiberglass cakes, such as strand adhesion, uneven traversing of sub- strands, cake bulge and poor cake edge, and their causes are discussed. Some methods for solving these problems are proposed based on the studies and trials in such ways as adjusting the winding ratio of the cake winder, the height of the splitting comb and the travel- ling speed of the traverse.
