摘要
研究了从小麦麸皮中同时提取β淀粉酶和植酸酶的工艺条件,在此条件下,每千克麸皮可得到酶活力提取量为:β淀粉酶32×107u,植酸酶68×105u。
The optimum processing factors for producing β amylase and phytase from wheat bran were studied. At this condition,the enzyme activity yeld of β amylase and phytase from 1 kg wheat bran was 3 2×10 7 u and 6.8×10 5 u。
