摘要 研究无机试剂对β-淀粉酶活性的影响。结果表明,Ca2+、Ba2+、Co2+、Cr3+、Zn2+在一定浓度范围内对β-淀粉酶有激活作用,其中Ca2+的激活作用最显著,当Ca2+浓度为30 mmol/L时,可使β-淀粉酶的活性提高近3倍;Cu2+、Fe3+、Al3+、Mn2+、SO32-等离子对β-淀粉酶的活性有较强的抑制作用;SO42-、S2O32-、F-、Br-、I-、K+、Na+、NH4+等对β-淀粉酶的活性影响不大;Mg2+、Ni2+、Cl-在不同浓度条件下有不同的作用。 The effects of inorganic reagent on the activity of β-amlylase were investigated. The results indicated that Ca^2+, Ba^2+, Co^2+, Cr^3+ and Zn^2+ within certain concentration range would activate β-amlylase, and among them, the activation effects of Ca^2+ were the strongest (as Ca^2+ concentration was 30 retool/L, it could almost triplicate the activity of β-amlylase); Cu^2+, Fe^3+, Al^3+, Mn^2+ and SO3^2- etc. would inhibit the activity of β-amlylase; SO4^2-, S2O3^2-, F^-, Br^-, I^-, K^+, Na^+ and NH4^+ etc. had few effects on the activity of β-amlylase; and Mg^2+, Ni^2+ and Cl^- of different concentration had different effects on the activity of β-amlylase.
