摘要
对现有的进口高性能PDC钻头进行逆向重构,采用基于点、曲线、曲面的建模方法,对从点云数据的获取、点云数据的预处理到点云数据的重构及CAD模型的建立和数控加工仿真等一系列关键技术展开CAD/CAE/CAM一体化研究。
The reverse remodeling of the existing PDC bit was carried out, based on the modeling way of points, curve and surface, a series of key technologies were launched on CAD/CAE/CAM integration studies, from the acquisition of point cloud data, preprocessing of point cloud data to reconstruction of the point cloud data and setting up the CAD model, the finite element analysis of three-dimensional model and NC simulation.
