面向制造的技术在股骨转子间骨折手术中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 以面向制造的技术手段,采用多技术的协作对股骨转子间骨折手术前后模型进行逆向重构和CAE分析,得出股骨转子间骨折手术前后股骨单元的位移和应力并作对比分析,从生物力学角度对股骨骨折固定手术治疗的可行性,以及手术治疗相关零件的设计和制造提供了理论依据。 It uses the technological tools of manufacture-oriented,integrate the method of Reverse engineering and CAE to recreate and analysis the 3D model of the femur.From the FEM,it gets the displacements and stresses of the femur elements all about the fracture operation.It provides academic foundation from automated manufacture and biomechanics which is useful for surgical treatment,designing and making medical instrument.
