摘要
对图纸尺寸、精度、技术要求、零部件数量等约束要素与机加工工时之间的关系进行了定量、定性的统计分析,并在此基础上,完成了对机加工工时数学模型和工时估算数据库的建立,达到了简化工时估算、平衡工时差异、掌握工时总量的目的。并通过计算机编程语言Visual Basic 6.0实现了机加工工时定额的计算机辅助计算。
The qualitative and quantitative statistic analysis between machining man-hour and other restrain factors such as dimension, precision, technical requirement and the quantity of parts in the drawing are unfolded. Based on the above, the mathematical model of machining man-hour and data base of man-hour quota estimation are acquired, which achieved the destination goal to simplify Man-hour estimation, balance the difference of it, estimate the total of man-hour and so on. At last, the auxiliary computing system of machining man-hour quota based on the Visual Basic 6. 0 of programming language is obtained.
