摘要
将CAS与CAD两类软件相结合,以STEP格式把BJ202X越野车的虚拟造型导入工程软件进行逆向重构,并对四种逆向重构方法进行了比较。重构的模型以STL格式与快速成型软件MAGICS直接对接进行切片和数字化快速成型,从而使得研发周期缩短,成本降低。由此为工程人员提供了一种在CATIA软件环境中替代传统油泥模型制作与实物逆向的繁杂工序,直接对虚拟造型进行软件逆向的新方法。
It integrates CAS software with CAD software in the process of automobile design. The Virtual Model of SUV-BJ202X is transformed into the format of STEP and then is imported into CAD system for reverse reconstruction. A nd the paper compared the four methods of reverse reconstruction. The.fined model is imported into Rapid Prototyping software ( MAGICS ) via the format of STL to continue numericed machining. The process above could replace the steps of clay model making and the complicated procedure of entity reverse,and provides the engineers with a new approach via CATIA for reducing the cost, increasing efficiency and shortening the cycle of product research.
