摘要
探讨了高校仪器设备审批、购置及使用管理各环节要素及注意事项，针对设备采购管理各环节中存在的效率及透明度问题，提出了一体化的解决方案，并据此设计建立了动态的网络化管理系统，实现了从设备申请、论证、审批、招标、合同、到货、验收的流程化管理，设备的执行状态一目了然，方便和及时提供各状态详尽的统计数据。
The factor and precaution on equipment demonstration and management are discussed. Solutions of how to improve the efficiency and transparence on the equipment purchasing and management are put forward. According to this , a management system is designed for the equipment application, demonstratation, exami- nation, bidding, checking and accepting, which becomes fluent and dynamic. All the data can be checked from the computer. The working process is clear at a glance .
