摘要
根据大型仪器设备管理的实践,概括了购置大型仪器设备可行性论证的必要性,提出了加强大型仪器设备购置可行性论证的"四个加强"措施,即加强对选购仪器的功能指标及质量调查,加强仪器购置与运行相关的人力、财力与物力的审核,加强专家组、学校院系及职能部门的监督和管理,加强论证制度化建设。
Currently ,“Four Strengthening” should be done in the feasibility demonstration of large-scale instrument purchase ,that is ,to strengthen the function and quality investigation of the optional instruments , to enhance the auditing of the human ,financial and material resources related the instrument purchase and operation ,to strengthen supervision and management of expert group ,school department and school functional department ,and to strengthen the feasibility demonstration of systematic construction .
