摘要
笔者介绍了化工类高等学校为提高实验管理和实验教学水平,根据学科和专业建设的需要,从创新实验室的运行机制,优化整合实验室资源,建设高素质的实验教师队伍,构建新的实验课程体系,强化特色、加强专业实验室建设等方面入手;使实验室管理更科学、实验室布局更合理、设备利用率明显提高、实验教学队伍更优秀、学生的实践动手能力和创新能力明显增强;为实验教学提供资源与管理共享平台,摸索出一条实验教学管理的新路子,提高了实验教学水平,为培养合格化工人才发挥了积极作用。
In this study, we proposed several ideas and methods for improving laboratory management and experimental teaching. For the purpose of strengthening discipline and specialty construction, we can reorganize the operation mechanism of laboratory, optimize and integrate laboratory resources, culture high-quality experimental teachers, construct perfect experimental course system and emphasize the construction of characteristically professional laboratory, after which, the laboratory management and layout will be more reasonable and scientific, the equipment utilization will be markedly improved, and most importantly, the practical ability of students will get better strengthen.
